液(ye)氨(an)(an)(an)蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)的(de)(de)原(yuan)理:從液(ye)氨(an)(an)(an)蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)出去的(de)(de)氨(an)(an)(an)的(de)(de)超(chao)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)底(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蒸汽(qi)吸(xi)(xi)進去制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機內,轉化成(cheng)髙壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)蒸汽(qi),隨后進到冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)。因為髙壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高溫(wen)(wen)超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)二(er)氧化氮的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)高過其自然環(huan)境(jing)物質(zhi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),且其工作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)使二(er)氧化氮能(neng)在(zai)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)狀態冷(leng)(leng)(leng)疑(yi)成(cheng)液(ye)體狀態,因此排入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)時(shi),經(jing)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)疑(yi)成(cheng)髙壓(ya)(ya)(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)。髙壓(ya)(ya)(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)根(gen)據空(kong)調膨(peng)脹閥時(shi),因節流閥而降血(xue)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),在(zai)工作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)減少(shao)的(de)(de)另外,氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)因燒(shao)開蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)吸(xi)(xi)熱使其自身的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)也相對降低(di)(di)(di),進而變成(cheng)了底(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)超(chao)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)。把這類(lei)底(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)超(chao)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)氨(an)(an)(an)液(ye)引進空(kong)調蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)吸(xi)(xi)熱反應(ying)揮發(fa)(fa)(fa),就可以(yi)(yi)使其周(zhou)邊氣(qi)體及原(yuan)材料的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)降低(di)(di)(di)而做到致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)目地。從蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)排出的(de)(de)低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)氨(an)(an)(an)氣(qi)再次進入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機,完成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)循環(huan)。 重復以(yi)(yi)上(shang)步(bu)驟。 冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)帶著(zhu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)出的(de)(de)熱,去循環(huan)水(shui)的(de)(de)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻塔,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻后回(hui)收利(li)用。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)在(zai)蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)中(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻后,由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)泵抽(chou)至(zhi)各(ge)種冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻設(she)備,經(jing)換熱后返回(hui)蒸發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)循環(huan)使用。
